Opies Pink Peppercorns, otherwise known as baies roses (or "pink berry"), are blushing little bombs of flavour. Adding a warming, peppery spice to dishes, complimenting light and fresh ingredients, they are ideal alongside grilled chicken, buttery fish or crushed into creamy sauces. Carefully preserved and distilled in a vinegar brine to stay beautifully succulent, while maximizing their aromatic flavour, tr them crushed and rolled into butter or scatter them over roasted salmon fillets.
