Method

1. Prepare the Dough:
Remove the dough from the fridge and let it come to room temperature for 1–2 hours, covered, to relax the gluten and make it easier to stretch.
2. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 220°C (Gas Mark 7). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats. A pizza screen or baking tray works well too.
3. Make Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
4. Shape the Dough:
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each into a ball. On a lightly floured surface, roll or stretch each ball into a small pizza base.
5. Assemble:
Place each base on a pizza screen or lined baking tray. Spread with garlic butter and top with torn mozzarella or your chosen cheese.
6. Bake:
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until crisp and golden. Remove from the oven and immediately spoon over Opies Red Onion Chutney.
7. Serve:
Serve warm as a starter, side, or sharing snack.
