Chestnut Mocha Latte

Method

1. Add the MONIN Chestnut Syrup and cocoa powder/chocolate sauce to your mug.
2. Pour in the hot espresso and stir until smooth.
3. Top with steamed milk, holding back the foam, then finish with a little micro‑foam on top.
4. Optional but delicious: add whipped cream and a sprinkle of grated chocolate or nutmeg.

Ingredients

20–30ml MONIN Chestnut Syrup
1 shot (30–40ml) freshly brewed espresso
1 tbsp cocoa powder or 20ml chocolate sauce
200–250ml steamed milk
Whipped cream (optional)
Grated chocolate or nutmeg (optional garnish)
