Method
1. Fill a glass with the double espresso.2. Pour the MONIN Pistachio Syrup, pistachio cream and whipping cream into a iSi Eco Whip.
3. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger Eco Series and shake the Whip 10 times before dispensing over the espresso.

Double espresso (30–40ml)
50ml MONIN Pistachio Syrup
100g Pistachio cream
400ml Whipping cream
