Yuzu Breakfast Martini
The Yuzu Breakfast Martini is made with Le Fruit de MONIN Yuzu, London Dry Gin, lemon juice, saline solution, and egg white. This refreshing and sophisticated cocktail is perfect for any pre-dinner occasion.
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake hard.2. Transfer back to the shaker without ice and dry shake.
3. Fine strain into a chilled coupette glass.
Ingredients
30 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Yuzu
50 ml London Dry Gin
25 ml Lemon juice
2 drops Saline solution
1 Egg white.
Garnish: With bitters, pressed toast, with Yuzu Le Fruit over the top.
