Method1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard.
2. Then strain into a sling style glass with crushed ice.
25 ml MONIN Coconut syrup
20 ml Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum
20 ml White Rum
100 ml Pineapple juice
20 ml Lime juice
2 drops Saline solution.
Garnish: With a pineapple leaves, dehydrated lime and a large edible flower.
