The Piña Colada No.2 is a tropical and refreshing cocktail made with MONIN Coconut Syrup, rum, and pineapple juice. This vibrant, fruity drink is perfect for summer party season.
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard.2. Then strain into a sling style glass with crushed ice.
Ingredients
25 ml MONIN Coconut syrup
20 ml Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum
20 ml White Rum
100 ml Pineapple juice
20 ml Lime juice
2 drops Saline solution.
Garnish: With a pineapple leaves, dehydrated lime and a large edible flower.
