35 ml Plantation 3 Star Rum
15 ml Smith & Cross Rum
20 ml Fortunella Golden Orange Liqueur
20 ml Citric blend (1:9)
2 drops Saline solution
COCONUT FOAM RECIPE
300 ml Coco Lopez
100 ml Hot water
5 ml Ms. Better's Bitters Miraculous Foamer
Combine and pour into a iSi Whipper, chill and charge twice, shaking between charges.
Garnish: With coconut foam and pineapple leaves.
