Method1. Pre-heat the grill on a medium heat.
2. Place the cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl.
3. Stir in the Opies Pickled Walnuts, chives and season to taste.
4. Place bread on the grill pan and toast one side.
5. Remove, turn the bread over and top each slice with the cheese mixture, grill for about 5 minutes until the cheese browns and bubbles, serve immediately.
