Gingerbread & Chocolate Milk Punch
The Gingerbread & Chocolate Milk Punch cocktail is made with MONIN Gingerbread Syrup, MONIN Coffee Liqueur and MONIN White Chocolate Syrup. It is a decadent and indulgent drink with a harmonious blend of flavours, perfect for enjoying during the festive season or as a special treat.
Method1. Add ingredients to a mixing jug the lemon juice should be added last, churn to combine and allow to rest in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
2. Pass through a series of coffee filters until crystal clear.
50 ml MONIN Gingerbread syrup
50 ml MONIN Coffee liqueur
25 ml MONIN White Chocolate syrup
200 ml Whole milk
100 ml Bourbon
2 ml Angostura Bitters
1 ml Chocolate Bitters
10 drops Saline solution
25 ml Lemon juice
0.2 Cinnamon powder.
Garnish: With a skewered marshmallow and dehydrate orange slice.
