gherkin relish


1. Pulse the cornichons and onions in a food processor for a few seconds until coarsely chopped.
2. Tip into a bowl then add the reserved mustard seeds, sugar, American style mustard, turmeric and cinnamon, stirring until well combined. Add some of the reserved vinegar until the relish loosens then season to taste.


• 1 jar Opies Cornichons & Onions, vinegar and mustard seeds reserved
• 1 tbsp caster sugar
• 1 tbsp American style mustard
• 1 tsp turmeric
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• Salt and pepper, to taste
