Elderflower Infused Gin


Pick the flowers from the elderflower and place into a jug, along with the sugar gin and Opies sliced lemons. Cover and leave to infuse in the fridge for at least an hour, ideally overnight.
When ready to serve strain through a serve. Serve with ice tonic and more Opies Lemon slices.


4 large bunches of elderflower
1 litre of gin
2 tbsp caster sugar
4 Opies Sliced Lemons
