Commodore
The Commodore is a refreshing and balanced cocktail with a delightful raspberry twist. The MONIN Raspberry syrup adds a sweet and vibrant raspberry flavour. This refreshing and delightful cocktail is best served in a chilled coupette glass.
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard.2. Transfer back into the shaker without ice and shake again.
3. Fine strain into a chilled coupette glass.
Ingredients
20 ml MONIN Raspberry syrup
25 ml Lemon juice
50 ml White Rum
2 drops Saline solution
1 Egg white
Garnish: Discarded lemon peel and a skewer of fresh raspberries.
