This cocktail is made with MONIN Apricot Syrup, Le Fruit de MONIN Pineapple, Tequila blanco, Lime juice, and Saline solution. The combination of sweet apricot and pineapple flavours with the bold agave taste of tequila, balanced by lime juice and saline solution, creates a refreshing and well-rounded cocktail that's perfect for a summer day or a night out with friends
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard.2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with cubed ice.

20 ml MONIN Apricot syrup
10 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Pineapple
50 ml Tequila blanco
20 ml Lime juice
2 drops Saline solution.
Garnish: Edible flower and candied ginger slice, salt rim
