Apple And Rhubarb Crumble
The Apple and Rhubarb Crumble cocktail is made with Le Fruit de MONIN Rhubarb, MONIN Crème Brûlée syrup, Vodka, Cloudy apple juice and Lemon juice. This is a delicious and refreshing drink that combines the tartness of rhubarb with the sweetness of apple and the creaminess of crème brûlée.
Method1. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake hard.
2. Transfer back into shaker without ice and dry shake.
3. Fine strain into a chilled coupette glass.
20 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Rhubarb
10 ml MONIN Creme Brulee syrup
40 ml Vodka
40 ml Cloudy apple juice
20 ml Lemon juice
2 drops Saline solution.
Garnish: Place digestive biscuit crumbs on top of a dehydrated apple wheel, also add a lemon peel.
