Passionfruit Martini
The Passionfruit Martini is a tropical and indulgent cocktail. The combination of MONIN Passion Fruit Syrup, MONIN Vanilla Syrup, vodka, and lemon juice creates a refreshing cocktail perfect for any occasion.
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard.2. Then fine strain into a chilled coupette glass.

15 ml MONIN Passion Fruit syrup
15 ml MONIN Vanilla syrup
50 ml Vodka
50 ml Passionfruit Juice
15 ml Lemon juice
2 drops Saline solution
Shot of Prosecco on the side
Garnish: With a passionfruit slice and an edible flower. Add a prosecco shot on side.
