Pina Colada Milk Punch
The Piña Colada Milk Punch cocktail combines Le Fruit de MONIN Coconut with the sweetness of pineapple, the richness of dark rum, and the hint of almond from the MONIN Orgeat Syrup. This sophisticated and flavourful cocktail is perfect for any occasion
Method1. Add all the ingredients in a mixing jug with the lemon juice last.
2. Churn to combine and allow to rest in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
3. Pass through a series of coffee filters until crystal clear.
4. Add 100 ml of the chilled punch to a cold rocks glass with a block of ice.
40 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Coconut
10 ml MONIN Orgeat syrup
60 ml Rum
50 ml Pineapple juice
15 ml Lime juice
50 ml Whole milk
2 drops Saline solution
Garnish: With a pineapple leaves, dehydrated lime and a skewered maraschino cherry
