
Non-Alcoholic Cherry Sour
A zingy, fruity mocktail with a tangy twist — perfect for summer sipping or impressing guests with something a little different.
Method
1. Prepare the glasses:Take two tall cocktail glasses and fill them with ice and 2–3 cherries each.
2. Mix the base:
In a cocktail shaker or jug, combine the tamarind paste, lime juice, cherry juice, pineapple juice, and a dash of maple syrup (adjust to your preferred sweetness). Shake or stir well.
3. Assemble the drink:
Pour the mixture evenly into the glasses. Top up with chilled ginger beer.
4. Garnish & serve:
Add a slice of lime to each glass and give it a quick stir. Serve immediately.
