Caper & Lemon Aioli


1. Finely chop the capers, lemon slices, tarragon and garlic together then add to a bowl and mix in the mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons reserved lemon juice.
2. Season to taste then give one final stir before covering and leaving to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.


• 1 tablespoon Opies Capers
• 2 slices of Opies Sliced Lemons, juice reserved
• 2 tsp fresh tarragon
• 3 cloves garlic
• 175g mayonnaise
• Plenty of salt and pepper, to taste
