Method
1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.2. Pour in the MONIN Banana Syrup and cold milk.
3. Slowly pour the espresso over the top for a layered effect.
4. Stir gently before drinking, or leave layered for presentation.
5. Optional: Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

20ml MONIN Banana Syrup
150ml cold milk (dairy or alternative)
30ml espresso (1 shot, freshly brewed)
Ice cubes
Whipped cream + chocolate drizzle (optional garnish)
