This cocktail is made with Le Fruit de MONIN Rhubarb, Aperol, London Dry Gin, lemon juice, saline solution, and topped with Champagne or Prosecco. Its a refreshing and fruity drink that balances sweet, tart, and bitter flavours with a touch of saline.
Method1. Add all ingredients (apart from Champagne) into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
3. Double strain into a Champagne flute and top with Champagne.
