A&R Royale
This cocktail is made with Le Fruit de MONIN Rhubarb, Aperol, London Dry Gin, lemon juice, saline solution, and topped with Champagne or Prosecco. Its a refreshing and fruity drink that balances sweet, tart, and bitter flavours with a touch of saline.
Method
1. Add all ingredients (apart from Champagne) into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.2. Shake.
3. Double strain into a Champagne flute and top with Champagne.
Ingredients
15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Rhubarb
30 ml Aperol
10 ml London Dry Gin
10 ml Lemon juice
2 drops Saline solution Champagne/Prosecco, to top.
Garnish: With a orange peel or a sprig of thyme.
