Method
1. Sauté finely chopped onion in sesame oil until translucent. Add diced sweet potato, pour in the water, and let it simmer.2. Sprinkle with flour and then bring to a boil with coconut milk, chicken broth, and lime juice. Season with the spices and then blend finely with a hand mixer.
3. After that, strain the entire mixture through the iSi funnel & sieve into the iSi Thermo Whip. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 16 to 18 times.
