Salted Caramel Matcha Latte

Method

In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy.

Stir in MONIN Salted Caramel Syrup until fully blended.

Steam or heat milk, then pour over matcha mixture.

Optional garnish with a drizzle of salted caramel syrup or a sprinkle of matcha powder.

Ingredients

1 tsp high-quality matcha powder
60ml hot water (not boiling, about 80°C)
200ml milk (dairy or plant-based, e.g. oat or almond)
20ml MONIN Salted Caramel Syrup (adjust to taste)
Ice cubes (for iced version)
