Method
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.Add vanilla extract to the melted chocolate and stir well.
In a blender, combine the chocolate sauce, MONIN Salted Caramel Syrup, and milk.
Blend until smooth and frothy
Serve chilled or over ice
