Method
1. First, dice the salmon into very small pieces and place in a suitable bowl.2. Dice the shallot finely and add it to the bowl. Add the lemon juice, sesame, and a little olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
3. Blend all ingredients using a hand blender or a stand mixer.
4. Then, fill the entire mixture into the iSi Gourmet Whip. Attach an iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 12-14 times.
5. Chill the iSi Whip in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours
