Pina Colada NO1
The Piña Colada No.1 cocktail is made with MONIN Pineapple Syrup, coconut rum, coconut milk and pineapple juice. This sophisticated and flavourful cocktail is perfect for any occasion.
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard.2. Then strain into a sling style glass with crushed ice.
Ingredients
20 ml MONIN Pineapple syrup
50 ml Coconut Rum
50 ml Coconut milk
100 ml Pineapple juice
20 ml Lime juice
2 drops Saline solution
Garnish: With a pineapple leaves, dehydrated lime and a single maraschino cherry
