Pina Colada

Method

1. Add all the ingredients to a blender – rum, sugar, coconut water, pineapple juice, coconut cream, cherry juice, ice cubes, and a squeeze of lime juice.
2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
3. Pour into two tall glasses filled with ice, or for a fun twist, serve in cleaned Opies jars.
4. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a Maraschino cherry.

Tip

You can mix it up with dark rum, Malibu, or Bacardi for a different flavour twist.

Ingredients

• 100ml white rum
• 1 tbsp caster sugar
• 50ml coconut water
• 75ml pineapple juice
• 25ml coconut cream
• 1 tbsp Opies Cherry Juice (from the jar)
• Handful of ice cubes
• Squeeze of lime juice

Garnish
• Opies Maraschino Cocktail Cherries
• Slice of fresh pineapple (optional)
