Paloma x Picante
The Paloma x Picante cocktail is a refreshing and citrusy drink that combines MONIN Pink Grapefruit Syrup, tequila blanco, soda and green tabasco. It's a wonderful cocktail for toasting a special event, or just to sip on warm summer days.
Method
1. Build all ingredients into a chilled highball with cubed ice and churn lightly to combine.Ingredients
20 ml MONIN Pink Grapefruit syrup
50 ml Tequila Blanco
25 ml Lime juice
2 drops Saline solution
4 dashes Green Tabasco
100 ml Soda water.
Garnish: With half wheel of pink grapefruit and sliced jalapeños.
