Paloma (Champagne)
The Paloma (champagne) cocktail is a refreshing drink that combines MONIN Pink Grapefruit Syrup, tequila blanco, champagne. It's a wonderful cocktail for toasting a special event, or just to sip on warm summer days.
Method
1. Build all ingredients into a chilled highball with cubed ice and churn lightly to combine.Ingredients
20 ml MONIN Pink Grapefruit syrup
25 ml Tequila Blanco
15 ml Lime juice
2 drops Saline solution
100 ml Champagne
Garnish: With a wedge of grapefruit
