Method
1. Add the oats, chia seeds, maple syrup and a pinch of sea salt to a bowl, then stir in the Greek yogurt (if using) and the almond milk, mixing well.2. Into a clean jar, add a spoonful of Opies Summer Berry Compote, followed by the oat mixture.
3. Add another spoonful of compote, followed by the oats.
5. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
6. In the morning, add a final spoonful of compote, then top with some fresh berries.
7. Add an extra drizzle of maple syrup if you like it sweeter.
