The Nuclear Daiquiri is a strong and bold cocktail, it combines the sweetness of MONIN Pure Cane Syrup and the robustness of the overproof rum. This easy to make cocktail is perfect for making at home for any occasion.
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard.2. Then fine strain into a chilled coupette glass.
Ingredients
20 ml MONIN Pure Cane syrup
40 ml Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum
10 ml Green Chartreuse
25 ml Lime juice
2 drops Saline solution
Garnish: With a Maraschino cherry
