Nitro Chocolate Chai Tea

Method

Steep four chai tea bags and four chocolate tea bags in cold water (950 ml / 32 fl. oz.) for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator to make cold brew tea. Remove the tea bags and stir in the vanilla syrup. Stir in all ingredients, then pour through an iSi Funnel & Sieve into the iSi Nitro. Charge with an iSi Nitro Charger, shake 8 times, and pour straight into a glass.

950 ml (32 fl. oz.) Cold Brew Tea (prepare with four chai tea bags and four chocolate tea bags)
40 ml (1.4 fl. oz.) MONIN Vanilla Syrup
