Negroni
To make the perfect classic Negroni cocktail all you need is balance, MONIN Bitter Concentrate, London Dry Gin and sweet vermouth. Serve in a chilled rocks glass with a block of ice.
Method
1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for 10-15 seconds.2. Pour into a chilled rocks glass with a block of ice.

20 ml MONIN Bitter concentrate
25 ml London Dry Gin
25 ml Sweet Vermouth
2 drops Saline solution
Garnish: With a lemon peel.
