Method
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard.2. Then fine strain into a chilled coupette glass.
Ingredients
20 ml MONIN Spicy Mango syrup
15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Ruby Grapefruit
50 ml Tequila Blanco
25 ml Lime juice
5 drops Javier De Las Muelas Spice Droplets
2 drops Saline solution.
Garnish: Spice rim the glass and add a dehydrated lime wheel.
