Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard. Strain into a sling glass with ice. To create a slushie version, instead add all ingredients to a blender with a cup of ice and blend.Ingredients

15 ml MONIN Pineapple syrup
50 ml coconut rum
50 ml coconut milk
100 ml pineapple juice
20 ml lime juice
