Grasshopper - Matcha Fizz
The Grasshopper Matcha Fizz cocktail combines creamy chocolate MONIN Cacao Liqueur and the refreshing MONIN Green Mint Liqueur to make a decadent and indulgent drink. This luxurious and indulgent cocktail is perfect for the festive season.
Method
1. Add all ingredients (apart from soda) to a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice and shake hard for longer than usual (until tin frosted).2. Fine strain into a chilled highball glass and top with soda water.
Ingredients
20 ml MONIN Green Mint liqueur
20 ml MONIN Cacao liqueur
10 ml Matcha syrup
50 ml Single cream
10 ml Fernet Branca Menta
5 ml Miraculous Foamer.
Garnish: With a sprig of mint, chocolate shavings and edible flower.
