Gingerbread Fizz
The Gingerbread Fizz is perfect for those who enjoy the flavours of gingerbread and a creamy yet refreshing cocktail. This refined and elegant cocktail is perfect for special occasions or when you want to indulge in a classic and timeless drink.
Method
1. Add all ingredients (apart from soda) to a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice and shake hard for longer than usual (until the shaker tin is frosted)2. Fine strain into a chilled highball glass and top with soda water.

20 ml MONIN Gingerbread syrup
50 ml Lemon juice
50 ml Old Tom Gin
20 ml Single cream
1 Egg white
2 drops Saline solution
100 ml Soda water
Garnish: With a dehydrated lemon slice
