Gin Sour
The Gin Sour is a classic cocktail made with MONIN Pure Cane Syrup, London Dry Gin, Lemon juice, Egg white, and saline solution. This easy to make cocktail is perfect for making at home.
Method
1. Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice and shake.2. Transfer back into the shaker without ice and dry shake.
3. Fine strain into a chilled rocks glass with cubed ice.

50 ml London Dry Gin
25 ml Lemon juice
1 Egg white
2 drops Saline solution
