
Method
In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, sweet vermouth, bitters, lemon juice, cherry juice, and caster sugar.Add a generous handful of ice, then shake well for 10–15 seconds to chill and mix.
Fill two tall glasses with fresh ice.
Strain the cocktail evenly into each glass.
Top with a splash of soda water to your liking.
Garnish with a slice of Opies Lemon and a Maraschino Cherry on top.
Ingredients
Handful of ice
100ml gin
50ml sweet vermouth
Dash of Angostura bitters
2 tbsp Opies Lemon Juice (from the jar)
1 tbsp Opies Cherry Juice (from the jar)
½ tsp caster sugar
Soda water, to top
Garnish:
2 slices Opies Sliced Lemons
2 Opies Stemmed Maraschino Cocktail Cherries
