Gin Basil Smash
The Gin Basil Smash made with MONIN Basil Syrup or Pure Cane Syrup, London Dry Gin, Lemon juice, fresh basil leaves, and Saline solution is a vibrant and aromatic cocktail. It's a wonderful cocktail for toasting a special event, or just to sip on warm summer days.
Method
1. Add a ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard.2.Then fine strain into a chilled rocks glass with cubed ice.
Ingredients
20 ml MONIN Basil or MONIN Pure Cane syrup
50 ml London Dry Gin
25 ml Lemon juice
2 Fresh Basil leaves
2 drops Saline solution
Garnish: With a sprig of basil.
