French Toast with Vanilla Cream

Method

1. Blend all ingredients using a hand blender or a stand mixer and then strain directly through the iSi Funnel & Sieve into a iSi Gourmet Whip.
2. Attach an iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 15 times.
3. Then, warm the iSi Gourmet Whip in a water bath with heat protection at a maximum of 70 °C for at least 45 minutes.

300 ml milk
0.5 pcs Vanilla pod - seeds
100 ml Cream
1 tsp Magic Texturizer
4 egg yolks
