Filthy Rich
The Filthy Rich cocktail combines the flavours of MONIN Passion Fruit Syrup, Lagavulin 16 Year Old whisky, Champagne, and a touch of saline solution. This is an easy to make cocktail perfect for making at home.
Method
1. Add all ingredients (apart from prosecco) in a mixing glass filled with cubed ice and stir for 10-15 seconds.2. Then strain into a chilled flute glass.
3. Add the Champagne then churn lightly to combine.
Ingredients
30 ml MONIN Passion Fruit Syrup
20 ml Lagavulin 16 Year Old
15 ml Citric Blend (1:9)
50 ml Champagne
2 drops Saline solution
Garnish: With edible gold leaf.
