Easter brunch Egg Spread

Method

1. Blend all ingredients finely with a hand blender or in a stand mixer and season to taste.
2. Then pour the entire mixture through iSi Funnel & Sieve into a iSi Whipper. Screw on one iSi Professional Charger and shake vigorously 16- 18 times.

100 g Cream Cheese (Philadelphia)
50 ml Cream
1 pinch pepper
200 g Eggs boiled
1 pinch salt
50 ml milk
40 g mayonnaise
60 ml stock
