1. Stuff the cocktail onions into the olive halves to make zombie eyes, then thread onto a cocktail stick.
2. Mix all remaining ingredients in a shaker with ice, strain into a glass and garnish with the zombie eyes cocktail stick.

• 2 large green olives, cut in half
• 25ml vodka
• 25ml dry vermouth
• 15ml pickle brine from Opies Cocktail Onions jar
For a mocktail version:
• 150ml ginger beer
• 30ml pineapple juice
• 1 tbsp Opies Cocktail Onion juice
