MethodIn a shallow bowl whisk together the milk, cinnamon, sugar, eggs and cinnamon. Dip each crumpet in allowing it to soak in the liquid for a couple of minutes each side.
Heat a frying pan with a knob of butter. As the butter starts foaming place the crumpets in, cook until golden on each side.
Remove from the pan and serve with Opies Summer Berry Compote, crème fraîche, berries and icing sugar
