The Crinswanson Cocktail is a sophisticated and smoky drink with the added sweetness of MONIN Honey Syrup. This luxurious and delightful cocktail is best served in a chilled rocks glass with a block of ice.
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir for 10-15 seconds.2. Then strain into a chilled rocks glass with a block of ice.

10 ml MONIN Honey syrup
50 ml Lagavulin 16 Year Old
1 dash Absinthe
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 drop Saline solution.
Garnish: Orange peel
