Combine all liquids in a shaker filled with ice and shake hard, transfer back into the shaker without ice and dry shake. Fine strain into a chilled rocks glass with a block of ice.

15ml MONIN Cinnamon Roll syrup
30ml MONIN Amaretto liqueur
20ml bourbon whiskey
25ml lemon juice
2 drops of saline solution
1 egg white
Garnish
Orange peel, cinnamon stick and cinnamon dusting
