Cinnamon Roll Sour

Method

Combine all liquids in a shaker filled with ice and shake hard, transfer back into the shaker without ice and dry shake. Fine strain into a chilled rocks glass with a block of ice.

Ingredients

15ml MONIN Cinnamon Roll syrup ​
30ml MONIN Amaretto liqueur​
20ml bourbon whiskey ​
25ml lemon juice ​
2 drops of saline solution ​
1 egg white ​

Garnish
Orange peel, cinnamon stick and cinnamon dusting
