Chocolate Knickerbocker Glory

Method

1. Prepare Your Ingredients
o Have all ingredients laid out and ready to assemble quickly before the ice cream melts.
o Whip the cream with 2 tsp of cherry syrup until soft peaks form.
o If using a piping bag, transfer the whipped cream and store it in the fridge until needed.
o Cut 8 Opies Maraschino Cherries into halves or quarters, keeping 2 whole for garnish.
2. Assemble the Dessert
o Swirl chocolate sauce around the inside of your serving glass or Opies jar.
o Add a scoop of ice cream, followed by a dollop of whipped cream, biscuit pieces, halved Maltesers, and chopped cherries.
o Repeat the layers until the glass is full.
3. Finish & Serve
o Pipe or spoon a final swirl of whipped cream on top.
o Crumble a Flake over the top.
o Crown with a whole Opies Maraschino Cherry.
o Drizzle with extra chocolate sauce on the side and serve immediately.

Ingredients

• 4 scoops hazelnut ice cream (chocolate or vanilla can be used)
• 2-3 Digestive biscuits, broken into pieces
• 10 Maltesers, halved
• 100g dark chocolate sauce
• 100ml whipping cream
• 10 Opies Stemmed Maraschino Cherries, syrup reserved
• 1 Cadbury’s Flake
