Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for 10-15 seconds.2. Then strain into a chilled coupette glass.

50 ml El Dorado Rum 12 Year Old
15 ml Punt e Mes
2 drops Saline solution
Garnish: Lime peel.
