Method
1. Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy.2. Pour into a glass filled with ice.
3. Add cold milk and stir.
4. Combine cold milk (or half‑and‑half) and MONIN Caramel Syrup.
5. Froth until thick and creamy.
6. Spoon or pour the salted caramel cold foam over the matcha.

1 teaspoon matcha powder
60 ml hot water (not boiling)
200 ml cold milk (any kind)
Ice
60 ml cold milk or half‑and‑half
1 tablespoon MONIN Caramel Syrup
