The Breakfast Martini, a classic marmalade cocktail made with Le Fruit de MONIN Tangerine, Gin, MONIN Triple Sec Liqueur and lemon juice. This delicious and refreshing cocktail is easy to make, serve in a chilled martini glass and enjoy.
Method1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake hard.
2. Transfer back to the shaker without ice and dry shake, fine strain into a chilled coupette glass.
15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Tangerine
15 ml MONIN Triple Sec liqueur
50 ml London Dry Gin
25 ml Lemon juice
2 drops Saline solution
1 Egg white.
Garnish: Presses toast, with Tangerine edible flowers placed on top.
